Community Survey 2021

Hello,
Southern Cayuga Instant Aid, Inc. (SCIA) is a not-for-profit ambulance company that provides emergency medical care and transport services to the residents of Scipio, Venice, Genoa and parts of Ledyard. We are asking residents to complete the following survey about the services offered by SCIA. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
